Okanagan Closet Concepts is a consultation based service that designs and installs 100% custom products, built to your needs and specifications.
1) The first step in the process
involves an obligation-free in-home consultation.
We do not use pressure tactics, or try to sell you things that you don't need or want. Our first priority is making our visit to your home comfortable and stress free.
2) Based on your budget, needs, and other factors, we provide one or more design proposals, typically via email, for you to consider. This includes a 3-D viewer to help you visualize the design before OKing it. These designs can be modified to your liking.
3) After confirming a design proposal we submit the order to our manufacturing plant, and in as little as one week we install your custom storage organizer.

Q: I have a strict budget, can I really afford a custom closet?
A: Absolutely! Our designers will always keep your budget in-mind when working with you, and our wide variety of options mean that virtually anyone can afford a quality closet organizer.
Q: I'm building a house, and my kitchen/bath company also offers closet organizers. Why not just go with them?
A:There are several reasons. First, building an effective kitchen is completely different from building/designing a functional storage space. You should trust a closet expert to design/install your closets for the same reason you trust a kitchen expert to design your kitchen. Second, the cost for a kitchen company to install your closets is typically far more expensive. You'll save yourself frustration and money if you trust Okanagan Closets for your storage needs.
Q: What are your organizers made out of?
A: Our organizers are made out of thick 3/4 inch laminated melamine over furniture grade MDF. It is guarenteed never to warp, sag, or chip, unlike the "melamine" products purchased at a hardware store or one of the many discount home furnishing outlets.

A: An 8 foot section of our shelving can safely hold an amazing 1200lbs!
